De Clerk Chair
The "Jean De Clerck Chair" was founded in 1983 by the Royal Association of Brewing School Alumni of the Catholic University of Leuven (Louvain-la-Neuve and Leuven) in order to stimulate a permanent education focused on recent scientific and technical developments in the field of brewing and related industries.
Since then, every 4 years or so, the UCLouvain hosts the chair and chooses a new paradox from the brewing field for each edition.
